 - 3 scoops vanilla ice cream of choice

¼ cup Navitas Organics Bittersweet Cacao Wafers
 - ¼ cup heavy cream
 - Honey
 - Crushed pistachios
 Food-grade rose petals (optional)
Directions
- Cut banana in half, lengthwise. Place in a small, oval dish. Set aside.
 - In microwave-safe bowl, add bittersweet cacao wafers and heavy cream. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time. Set aside.
 - Add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream over banana. Drizzle with honey and cooled chocolate sauce. Sprinkle crushed pistachios and rose petals on top, if desired. Enjoy!
