 
      Goji Lemonade Recipe
Boost your homemade lemonade with antioxidants and micronutrients! This super low-sugar, low-glycemic lemonade tastes similar to an Arnold Palmer, thanks to the colorful addition of soaked goji berries.
| INGREDIENTS1/4 cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice (about 2 lemons) 1/4 cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries 25 drops Liquid Stevia (or sweetener, to taste) Water | DIRECTIONSPour the lemon juice, goji berries and Stevia into a quart-sized mason jar. Fill the remainder of the jar with water and stir to combine. Alternatively, mix the ingredients in a pitcher with 4 cups of water. Let the lemonade sit for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the goji berries to swell and sweeten the lemonade. Serve over ice. Makes 1 quart / 4 servings
