These easy yogurt bites are a creamy, refreshing snack made with simple, nourishing ingredients. Blending coconut yogurt, sweet mango and chia seeds with a superfood digestive blend, each bite supports gut health while tasting like a treat.
Ingredients
1 cup coconut yogurt
⅓ cup frozen mango, chopped into small pieces
1–2 tsp. honey

1–2 tsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

¼ tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Digestive Blend
Optional: shredded coconut
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir yogurt, mango and honey until well combined.
Add chia seeds and Digestive Blend and mix together.
Let mixture rest 5–10 minutes for chia to bloom before spooning into molds or dollops on parchment.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut and freeze 1–2 hours until firm.
