- 1 serving plant-based vanilla protein powder

2 tsp. Navitas Organics Maqui Powder
- ½ cup almond milk, plain and unsweetened
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
- Fresh blueberries
- Banana slices

- In a glass jar, mix chia seeds, protein powder and maqui powder.
- Add almond milk and maple syrup, and mix until well combined.
- Allow chia pudding to thicken in fridge, and then serve with desired toppings.
