Topped with creamy goat cheese, sweet pear slices and a sprinkle of protein-packed hemp seeds, these bite-sized delights are the perfect blend of savory, sweet and nutritious. Whether you're hosting a festive gathering or craving a healthy snack, these crostinis bring flavor, elegance and a superfood twist to the table!
Ingredients
- 9 oz. classic baguette
- Olive oil
- 3 small pears
- 7 oz. goat cheese
- Drizzle of honey

- Fresh thyme sprigs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Slice baguette into ½-inch slices and spread out on baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over them and bake for 6 minutes.
- Wash, core and thinly slice pears.
- After removing from oven, spread layer of goat cheese over each crostini. Place pear slices over top and drizzle with honey.
- Top off with hemp seeds and fresh thyme leaves. Serve and enjoy!
