- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp. ground ginger
- Pinch of black pepper or cayenne (optional)
Directions
- Brew the chai tea and let steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Using a milk frother, heat milk until frothy and steamy.
- Whisk in maca powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and any add-ins.
