Strawberry Shortcake Chia Pudding Recipe

Fresh, fruity and full of feel-good fuel—this creamy chia pudding is a dream come true. Perfect as a nourishing breakfast, satisfying snack or naturally sweet dessert, it’s packed with fiber, plant-based omega-3s and a boost of protein. Creamy, layered and no baking required—it’s your favorite shortcake flavors, made lighter, brighter and better for you!

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
1 serving plant-based vanilla protein powder
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup strawberries 
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
Recommended Toppings: 
Crushed graham crackers
Diced strawberries
Greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS

Add all chia pudding ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. 
Pour chia pudding into glass jars or meal prep containers. Refrigerate for ~10 minutes or overnight.
When ready to serve, top with strawberry slices and crushed graham crackers. Enjoy!
