Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
 - 1 cup flour
 - ¼ tsp. salt
 - 
                ¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
                
 - 
                4 tsp. Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder (optional)
                
 - ½ cup melted coconut oil
 - 2 Tbsp. plant-based milk
 - ¼ cup pure maple syrup
 - ½ tsp. almond extract
 - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
 - In a large bowl, mix almond flour, regular flour, salt, chia seeds and pomegranate powder (if using) until combined.
 - In a small bowl, mix coconut oil, milk, maple syrup, almond extract, and vanilla extract together.
 - Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
 - Use your hands to scoop up a small spoonful of dough, roll into a ball and place on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.
 - Using a fork, press cookie down so fork makes an imprint. Turn fork 90° and press down again.
 - Bake for 12 minutes. The cookies will be slightly soft. Allow to cool and enjoy!
