ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
Must be eighteen (18) years of age to participate.
Must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia to qualify.
CONTEST RULES
Blend to Win entry will commence at 9:00am PST on May 28, 2025 and end at 11:59pm PST on June 11, 2025.
Entries are due by:
- Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 11:59pm PST
Winners will be chosen no earlier than:
- Thursday, June 12, 2025
Winners will be announced on:
- Wednesday, June 18, 2025 via Navitas Organics' email newsletter, on Navitas Organics' social media channels and on Navitas Organics' recipe blog at navitasorganics.com/recipes
Contestants are granted unlimited entries. Only one winner will be selected. Winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or TikTok, or by email (depending on method of entry), and must claim their prize within two (2) weeks of notification or prize may be forfeited. Prize claim instruction will be provided in the winner notification message. Navitas Organics may use winner’s first name, Instagram or TikTok handle, submitted smoothie recipe and submitted media in marketing prior to notification or acceptance of winning.
An entrant’s odds of winning depend on the number and quality of entries submitted during the relevant period.
Participants may enter via Instagram or on TikTok following these instructions:
- Follow @navitasorganics on Instagram or TikTok
- Post an original photo, reel and/or video of you with and/or of your smoothie creation, and tag @navitasorganics
- In your caption, tell us what’s in your smoothie, including any Navitas Organics products, and use the hashtags: #BlendtoWin + #contest
Alternate entry: send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Blend to Win entry.” Must include your first name, last name and smoothie ingredients in the body of the email, and attach or link to your original smoothie photo(s) and/or video(s). Email entry constitutes an opt-in to our email marketing program.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
By entering, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this contest and (i) entrant must own the submission, (ii) the submission must not previously have been published or won any award, (iii) the submission must be truthful and accurate, (iv) if the submission contains the likeness of any other individual, entrant must have written consent from such person (or such person’s parent or legal guardian if a minor) both for use in the submission and to grant Sponsor the rights to use the individual’s likeness in accordance with the rights granted in the rules, (v) the submission cannot include any brand name, trademark or logo of entities other than Sponsor, (vi) submission cannot contain infringing material, (vii) the submission cannot contain defamatory material.
Instagram stories are not eligible for entry. The post must be first posted during the relevant period. For valid entry, your Instagram or TikTok profile must be public throughout the contest period. If your Instagram or TikTok account is set to “private,” your post may not be visible to Navitas Organics and therefore, will not be received, resulting in your failure to enter Blend to Win.
By entering, you grant Navitas Organics unlimited, royalty-free use of your first name, submitted smoothie recipe, and submitted photo, video or other media in perpetuity across any of our marketing or advertising including website, email, social media, paid advertisements, print collateral, etc. By entering, participant provides Navitas Organics permission to use their likeness and the likeness of any other person visually identifiable in the submitted media in marketing and advertising as described above; entrant must have legal right to grant permission for any such person. Navitas Organics may request completion of a release form prior to use of said materials for marketing purposes. Subject to our general website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Winners will be judged by Navitas Organics, based on the following criteria:
- Creativity of smoothie recipe
- Creativity of media (photo and/or video)
- Quality and clarity of media (photo and/or video)
Any participant found to be abusing the promotion rules or tampering with the promotion in any way will be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.
RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Navitas Organics, LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Blend to Win promotion if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind. All decisions of Navitas Organics, LLC are final. Blend to Win is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California. Navitas Organics, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates, their officers, directors, agents, stockholders, insurers, and employees, and their advertising and promotional agencies and sponsors assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages, loss or injury resulting from participating in any promotion or acceptance or use of any prize. Navitas Organics, LLC is not responsible for late, misdirected, lost, or misplaced entries for any reason, including electronic or computer malfunctions that may affect the delivery or content of the entry, nor are they liable for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or hardware related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in Blend to Win. Navitas Organics, LLC shall have no liability for any malfunction of the Internet, Navitas Organics, LLC website or any other computer-related processor system.
PRIZES AND PRIZE RULES
One (1) winner will receive:
A $150 superfood bundle, at no cost to winner, shipped by Navitas Organics. Shipping fee will also be covered by Navitas Organics. Navitas Organics reserves the right to choose the superfood products included in the winner's prize shipment. Navitas Organics may ask selected winner for product requests to include in prize shipment, but cannot guarantee that requested superfoods will be included. Superfoods out of stock at time of prize shipment are ineligible for inclusion.
Prizes cannot be refunded and/or exchanged for cash.
