| INGREDIENTS½ cup pumpkin seeds, soaked 4-8 hours and drained 1½ cups water 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Adaptogen Blend ½ tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. grated ginger, or ½ tsp. ground ginger Pinch each cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and clove (or substitute pumpkin pie spice blend) Sweetener of choice | DIRECTIONSCombine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and completely smooth. |

- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. grated ginger, or ½ tsp. ground ginger
- Pinch each cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and clove (or substitute pumpkin pie spice blend)
- Sweetener of choice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and completely smooth.
- Pour liquid into a small pot and warm over low heat until just starting to steam.
- Add sweetener to taste and enjoy!
