Chocolate Shell Acai Bowl Recipe

                        This deliciously creamy acai bowl is made with immune-boosting ingredients that are rich in antioxidants. Topped with melted cacao wafers to create a crunchy chocolate shell, it's a nourishing treat that will satisfy all your cravings!
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen banana, sliced (about 1½ bananas)
 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
 - 
                3 tsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder
                
 - 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
 - 2 Tbsp. plant-based milk
 - 
                ¼ cup Navitas Organics Bittersweet Cacao Wafers
                
 
Directions
- Prepare and measure ingredients. Use a food processor or high-speed blender to blend all ingredients together, except for cacao wafers, until smooth.
 - Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and place in freezer.
 - Melt cacao wafers in a small microwave-safe bowl. Let cool for 10 minutes before topping smoothie bowl.
 Pour slightly cooled chocolate over smoothie bowl and spread gently. Return smoothie bowl to freezer for a few minutes to let chocolate shell harden. Enjoy right away!
