Ingredients
- 8 oz. coconut water, water or plant-based milk of choice
 - ½ cup frozen pineapple
 - ½ fresh banana
 - ½ cup (about a handful) of kale (or sub. spinach)
 - 
                1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
                
 - 
                1 tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Sea Veggie Blend
                
 
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
