 
      Mint Chip Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Your friends will be green with envy for this antioxidant-rich superfood smoothie bowl.
| INGREDIENTS1 cup grated cauliflower, frozen 1 sliced banana, frozen ⅓ cup almond milk 1 handful spinach ½ avocado ½ tsp Navitas Organics Matcha Powder 1-2 Medjool dates, pitted ¼ tsp. peppermint extract ½ tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Greens Blend, optional Pinch sea salt Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs, for serving Coconut flakes, for serving | DIRECTIONSPlace all the ingredients except for the cacao sweet nibs and coconut flakes in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed, one tablespoon at a time, being careful not to dilute the smoothie too much (you want it to be thick). Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs and coconut flakes. Enjoy! Makes 1 large serving

Directions
- Place all the ingredients except for the cacao sweet nibs and coconut flakes in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add more almond milk if needed, one tablespoon at a time, being careful not to dilute the smoothie too much (you want it to be thick).
- Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs and coconut flakes.
