Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream

¾ cup Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers
- Flaky sea salt, to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- To a food processor or blender, add butter, flour, salt, and brown sugar and blend on high until butter breaks down. With it still on, slowly add water and continue to blend until a dough forms.
- Grab handful of dough and push into mini tart molds (or muffin tin), pushing dough up sides. Bake for 20-25 minutes until firm and set aside to cool.
- To a small pot over medium heat, bring cream to simmer and remove from heat. Add cacao wafers and whisk to form silky ganache.
- Once cooled, remove tart crusts from molds and fill with ganache. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm. Add flaky sea salt and enjoy!
