Tropical Chia Smoothie Recipe

Packed with juicy mango, sweet pineapple, creamy yogurt, and a boost of omega-3-rich chia seeds, it’s like a vacation in a glass. Refreshing, energizing and naturally delicious—perfect for breakfast, post-workout or anytime you need a sunny pick-me-up!

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup frozen tropical fruit blend (pineapple, mango & strawberry)
1½ cups frozen strawberries
2 tsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
¾ cup milk of choice
½ cup Greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.

Blend until thick and creamy, adding more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
