Cacao Cloud Mousse Recipe

Fluffy, fudgy and full of feel-good vibes—this double cacao mousse is your new chocolate obsession. Made with rich organic cacao powder and silky melted Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers, it’s a light-yet-decadent treat that hits the sweet spot without weighing you down.

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers
¾ cup Greek yogurt, room temp.
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

 

DIRECTIONS

Place cacao wafers in heatproof bowl and microwave in 20-second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted.

Mix in Greek yogurt, honey and cacao powder until fully combined. Let chill for 1-2 hours before serving with fresh strawberries.
